摘  要:目的比较不同容量法测定ET-26盐酸盐的含量。方法分别采用加乙酸汞的高氯酸非水电位滴定法、加乙酸酐的高氯酸非水电位滴定法及以乙醇为溶剂的氢氧化钠电位滴定法来测定ET-26盐酸盐的含量。结果 3种电位滴定法的滴定结果无统计学差异。结论无汞污染的加乙酸酐的高氯酸非水电位滴定法和以乙醇为溶剂的氢氧化钠电位滴定法的测定结果准确,重复性及稳定性良好,均可用于测定ET-26盐酸盐的含量。OBJECTIVE To compare the different volumetric methods for determing the content of ET- 26 hydrochloride. METHODS There were three methods( mercuric acetate and glacial acetic as solvents,and another used acetic anhydride and glacial acetic as solvents,and the other used ethanol as solvents) to determine the content of ET- 26 hydrochlorid by non- aqueous potentiometric titration and alkalive potentiornetric titration. RESULTS Mathematical statistics were adopted to compare the results of these three paralel tests,and there weren't any differences between them. CONCLUSION The methods by using acetic anhydride and glacial acetic as solvents and alkaline potentiometric titration in ethanol are simple without mercury pollution,whose results are accurate and reliable with good repeatability and stability,so they can be applied to determine the content of ET- 26 hydrochloride.
