摘　　要：根据东露天矿的基本开采现状,介绍了自移式半连续开采工艺系统,并对该系统工艺流程及有关参数进行了研究,以作业循环时间最短、产量最高为目标,利用SIMIO软件对开采系统中的不同采掘带宽度建立优化模型,结合东露天矿实例数据对模型进行优化,得出了较优的采掘带宽度,并将其优化结果应用于实际生产中,降低了各机械协调配合损耗时间,优化了工艺程序,提高了作业效率。According to the mining status of Donglutian open- pit coal mine,the semi- continuous system of single bucket excavator and self- moving crusher is introduced,from process flow and related parameters. For the shortest cycle time and highest yield,the optimization models of different cut widths is built with SIMIO,then optimized according the instance data of Donglutian open- pit coal mine. The optimum cut width is obtained,and applied in production practice.The loss time of mechanical coordination is reduced,process flow is optimized and the operating efficiency is improved.
