磺酸/羧酸型高固含量水性聚氨酯的制备及其性能

摘　　要：以二羟甲基丙酸（DMPA）、A95氨基磺酸钠（固含量50%）为扩链剂,将羧基和磺酸基团同时引入到聚氨酯分子中,合成了一系列磺酸/羧酸型高固含量水性聚氨酯（ZW1~ZW4）,研究了磺酸基用量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响。利用傅里叶变换光谱仪、X射线衍射仪对合成的水性聚氨酯进行检测,结果表明反应按照预期路线进行。乳液性能测定结果表明,随着磺酸基用量的增加,乳液固含量增大,粒径减小且分布变宽,Zeta电位由-44.5 m V降低到-62.7 m V,但耐酸稳定性有所下降。胶膜性能测定结果表明,随着磺酸基的增加,胶膜的断裂伸长率由2 100%增加到2 800%,抗张强度从28 MPa下降到14 MPa,结晶度增大。此外,耐热性和耐水性都有所下降。A series of sulfonic acid / carboxylic acid type high solid content of waterborne polyurethane（ ZW1 ~ ZW4） was synthesized with dimethylol propionic acid（ DMPA）,A95（ amino sulfonate content50%） as two hydrophilic chain expanding agent. The structures of the products were characterized by FTIR and X-ray diffractometer,the results showed that the reaction was carried out in accordance with the expected route. With the increase of the amount of sulfonic acid group,the emulsion solid content increased,particle size decreased and the distribution became wider. The Zeta potential was decreased to- 62. 7 m V from- 44. 5 m V,but its acid resistance decreased. The results of film performance showed that,with the increase of the amount of sulfonic acid group,the elongation at break increased to2 800% from 2 100%,the tensile strength decreased to 14 MPa from 28 MPa,and the crystallinity increased. In addition,heat resistance and water resistance decreased.
