摘　　要：中非合作论坛成立15年来，在促进非洲发展和中非关系的快速发展、推动和重塑南南合作、构建中国主导的跨区域合作机制、提升国际对非合作的水平等方面发挥了重要作用。中非合作论坛的成功来源于其凝聚了中非合作的核心原则和共识、为非洲国家提供了可以借鉴的国家建设经验、重视务实合作、尊重和支持非洲国家的自主发展战略。中非合作论坛和中非关系在发展过程中也累积了诸多问题：粗放式发展合作造成的中非关系的环境压力；不平衡发展造成的中非关系的社会压力；国际竞争越来越激烈、面临国际规范和标准的压力，以及非洲国家本土意识和发展战略的形成进一步缩小了中国对非政策空间等因素形成的国际压力，这些问题也构成了中非合作论坛未来发展的压力和动力。展望2015后的中非关系，在为中国外交提供实践案例、中非合作机制建设、带动地方政府的对外合作以及和平安全、卫生医疗等具体领域合作上，中非合作论坛仍能发挥重要的引领和示范作用，这也是中非合作论坛未来可以努力的方向。For fifteen years since its establishment, the Forum on China - Mrica Cooperation （FOCAC） has been playing a very significant role in promoting the development of China - Mrica relations, leading South - South Cooperation, constructing a trans -regional cooperation mechanism led by China, and transforming the international cooperation with Africa. The success of FOCAC can be explained from several aspects, which include the formulation of cooperation principles and consensus among developing countries, China＇ s experience sharing of nation building with African countries, development -oriented cooperation, and supporting Mrican countries＇ self - reliance in development. Meanwhile, problems are increasing along with the rapid development of China - Africa relations, which are propelling FOCAC to make transformation and strengthen its institutional capability. Envisioning the post- 2015 China- Africa Relations, FOCAC can still play the leading role as a good model in providing best practices for China＇ s international cooperation like One Belt and One Road, the capacity building of cooperation mechanism, promoting local governments＇ cooperation, and the growing important cooperation on security and health. FOCAC should give more emphasis and invest more on the above- mentioned areas.
