摘 要:通过高温凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、连续自成核退火分级技术(SSA)和升温淋洗分级技术(TREF)研究2种Unipol气相法工艺生产具有不同加工性能的聚丙烯树脂(PP1在BOPP薄膜加工过程发生破膜现象、而在同样条件下PP_2成膜性很好)链结构的差异性。结果表明:2种聚丙烯树脂分子量及分子量分布和等规度几乎是相同的,但等规序列长度分布存在明显的差异,PP_2长等规序列的级份含量比PP_1少,而较长的等规序列级份的含量比PP_1多,平均等规序列的长度比PP_1短,等规序列长度的分布比PP_1宽。The structural difference of two BOPP resins having different processability( PP2 could be processed well at high-speed orientation during the processing of BOPP film, while PPI tend to break at the same processing conditions)were analyzedby high temperature gel permeation chromatograph ( GPC ), successive self-nucleation, annealing fractionation ( SSA ) and temperature rising elution fractionation ( TREF). The results showed that molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and average isotactieity of two BOPP resins were almost the same, but the isotactic sequence length distribution of two BOPP resinswas different. The relative content of the longest isotactic sequence length of PP2 less than PP1 , but the relative content of the longerisotactic sequence length of PP2 more than PP1 The isotactic sequence length PP2 was shorter than PP1, but the isotaetic sequence lengthdistribution of PP2 was broader than PP1
