摘　　要：在分析目前我国采矿排水水资源费征收过程中存在的问题,以及采矿排水水资源费计征方式的依据及要点的基础上,剖析了采矿排水与一般取用水的异同点,认为采矿排水水资源费计征方式直接套用一般取用水水资源费计征方式并不完全合适,需要结合采矿排水的特点作必要的补充,国家层面需要出台专门针对采矿排水水资源费计征方式的法规文件。为此,研究并提出了专门针对采矿排水水资源费的计征方式。Similarities and differences of mining drainage water and other water withdrawal are compared on the basis on analysis of existed problems with water resources fee collection for mining drainage in China at present as well as basis and main points of metering methods.It is found that directly applying the metering methods of normal water withdrawal is not appropriate and consideration should be given to the features of mining drainage water.Specific rules and regulations should be worked out at national level for metering of water resources fee of mining drainage water.Moreover,studies are made specifically on metering methods of water resources fee for mining drainage water.
