摘 要:通过对某油田钻具提升短节失效原因进行大量调查研究及分析,认为钻具提升短节脱扣的主要原因是其本身细牙圆螺纹接头连接强度不足所致。API标准已废除了该钻具接头与管体连接的细牙圆螺纹接头和量规标准,而国内外当时还没有钻具提升短节标准。为从根本上解决钻具提升短节脱扣问题,笔者制定了新型钻具提升短节技术标准,随后又制定了SY/T 5699—1995提升短节石油天然气行业标准及API钻具提升短节标准,此项标准已经在全世界范围内广泛应用,使用效果良好。The investigation and failure analysis were made on one drill lifting sub of one oil field. It was considered that the main cause of the tripping failure of the lifting sub was the insufficient connection strength of the fine round thread fittings. Such fine round thread fittings and its measure gauge had been abandoned by API standard,but there was no standard for drill lifting subs at home and abroad at that time. In order to solve the tripping problem of lifting subs,a new technical specification was put forward,and then lifting subs standard for oil and gas industrial standard( SY/T5699—1995) and API specification was established. The standard was applied all over the world with good effect so far.
