摘  要:分析了某钢管生产厂家制造的中低压锅炉用20冷拔无缝钢管内壁横向裂纹的特征,并通过一系列的试验实现了缺陷的重现,证明了横向裂纹的产生与钢管制造过程中润滑不良及退火软化不良有直接联系,是两者共同作用的结果,并对如何预防此类缺陷提出了建议措施。The characteristics of transverse cracks existing in the inner surface of cold-drawn seamless steel tube used in medium low pressure boiler produced by one steel tube manufactory were analyzed. The cracks reappeared through series of tests. The results show that transverse cracks were directly related to insufficient lubrication and poor annealing softening treatment,and they were the interaction results of these two factors. Finally some suggestions on how to prevent such defects were also put forward.
