摘 要:为探讨乌腺金丝桃Hypericum attenuatum叶斑病发生规律进行病原菌Alternaria sp.生物学特性研究。结果表明:适宜病原菌菌丝生长的碳源为葡萄糖和蔗糖,氮源为硝酸钾;适宜孢子萌发的碳源为麦芽糖,氮源为硝酸钙;菌丝和孢子萌发的适宜温度为20~25℃;p H7中性以及光照条件下更利于孢子萌发及菌丝的生长。The bionomics of the pathogen of Alternaria leaf spot on Hypericum attenuatum,Alternaria sp.,were studied to explore the occurrence regulation of the disease. The results showed that for the growth of mycelium glucose and sucrose were the suitable carbon source and KNO3 was the suitable nitrogen source; the carbon source suitable for spore germination was maltose and the nitrogen source suitable for spore germination were Ca( NO3)2. The optimal temperature for mycelium growth and spore germination ranged from 20 ℃ to 25 ℃. The full light and p H value 7 were good for spore germination and mycelium growth.
