摘　　要：通过优化焦炉温度调节和推焦期间炉墙吹扫等措施,解决了炉墙结石墨严重的问题,由此缓解推焦电流大造成炉墙损坏的状况;同时,自主开发的微压自蔓延结合密封技术用于焦炉日常维护,保持了炉体的严密性,改善了老龄化焦炉烟囱的污染排放。The problem of serious graphite accumulation on oven wall is solved by optimizing coke oven temperature regulation and purging of oven wall during pushing. Therefore,the damage to oven wall caused by high pushing current is reduced. Meanwhile,the independently developed micropressure self-propagating and sealing technology is applied for daily maintenance,which ensures the tightness of coke oven proper,and reduces the pollutant emitted from aged coke oven chimney.
