摘 要:通过焦炉炭化室内荒煤气温度检测,计算火落时间并总结特性模型。结合焦炉炭化室底部炉体温度连续检测,总结了单炭化室底部炉体温度随结焦周期变化的基本规律,并从滞后性、波动幅度等方面进行研究。对2种炭化室温度检测方式进行了特性分析和相关模型计算。Based on the measuring result of raw gas temperature in the coking chamber,net coking time is calculated and the characteristic model is established. According to the continuous measuring result of brick temperature at the bottom of coking chamber,the essential relationship between the brick temperature at the bottom of single coking chamber and the coking cycle is established,and the lagging and fluctuation range are studied. Characteristic analysis and model calculation are carried out for the two measuring methods of coking chamber temperature.
