摘　　要：创新人才培养模式的改革作为人才培养的重要环节,一直受到各大高校研究者和实践者的高度重视。产学研合作人才培养,通过高等院校、企业、科研院所的有效资源整合,使得大学更多地走向社会获取更多的社会资源支持科研与教学工作从而提高大学科技成果转化率和市场应用率,提高人才培养质量。本文首先剖析了国内外工业工程专业提高人才培养质量的经验,在分析我国工业工程产学研合作人才培养质量现状的基础上,提出了改善我国工业工程人才培养质量的框架,基于工业工程人才培养的内涵要求,分析了工业工程人才培养质量控制面临的挑战,给出了控制工业工程产学研合作人才培养质量的指导性建议和对策。As an important part of talent training,the reform of innovative talent training mode attached great importance by the researchers and practitioners in universities.Through the effective resource integration of colleges,enterprises and research institutes,industry-university-institute cooperation talent cultivation makes the university access to the society,get more social resources to support scientific research and teaching,improve university science and technology achievements conversion rate and market utility ratio and improve the quality of personnel training.This paper firstly analyzes the experience of improving the quality of personnel training of domestic and foreign industrial engineering.Based on analyzing the talent training situation of the industry-university-institute cooperation in China,the framework of improving industrial engineering personnel training quality in China is put forward.Based on the requirements of the industrial engineering personnel training,the challenges for the quality control personnel training are analyzed,the guiding suggestions and countermeasures for the of industry-university-institute cooperation of industrial engineering talent cultivation quality are given.
