摘 要:通过对农村电子商务目标市场分析及对20-59岁农村网民的行为分析,指出发展农村电子商务,首先就要发展基于手机端的农村移动电子商务,农村移动电子商务在农村电子商务的推广和发展中具有重要地位和引领作用,更需扩大农村移动电子商务在农业、农村中的应用及移动互联网的提速降费,同时要紧贴农村网民的消费行为模式。Through the analysis of the rural e-commerce target market and the behavior analysis of Internet users from 20 to 59 years old, it is pointed out that to develop the rural mobile e-commerce which based on the mobile phone need to develop e-commerce in rural areas at the first. The rural mobile e-commerce is important and foremost in the promotion and development of rural e-commerce. It is more necessary to expand the application of mobile e-commerce in agriculture and increase the speed of the mobile Internet besides reducing the use cost. At the same time, the rural mobile e-commerce must meet the rural Internet consumers' behavior.
