摘  要:随着高速动车组的生产运营,动车组在高速运行过程中制动系统尤其重要,而中继阀和电空变换阀又是制动系统中最主要的两种阀,因此对中继阀和电空变换阀在服役期性能变化的研究有了更深的意义。本文通过研制的制动系统阀类试验台对FD-1型中继阀和EPLA电空变换阀进行性能测试,对测试所得到的数据进行分析,通过数据对比得出其在服役期间的性能变化趋势,为FD-1型中继阀和EPLA电空变换阀检修规程的制订提供运用状况分析的理论基础。The braking system is particularly important in the process of high-speed operation of motor train unit. Relay valve and brake valve and electro pneumatic transfer valve are the two main valves in the braking system, so it is of great significance to study the performance change of the two kinds of valves during service period. In this paper, the performance of FD-1 relay valve and EPLA electro pneumatic transfer valve are tested by the braking system valve test bench. By analyzing the data acquired, the performance change trend of the valves are obtained, which can provide theoretical basis for condition analysis when formulating the code of inspection and repair for FD-1 relay valve and EPLA electro pneumatic transfer valve.
