摘　　要：文章就三维算量软件在建筑工程中较二维算量的优势及应用展开详细的论述,重点探讨了三维算量在算量数据准确性和速度上的优势,并用清华斯维尔BIM三维算量软件对清华信息港科研楼工程分析在建筑工程中的应用。This article introduced the advantage and application of 3D quantity calculation software compared with 2D quantity calculation software in detail, and focused on the advantage of 3D quantity calculation in data accuracy and speed, and analyzes the application of Thsware BIM 3D quantity calculation software in Tsinghua Teleport Research Activities Building engineering.
