摘  要:通过改变单相区保温时间,研究了5种准β热处理工艺对TC4-DT钛合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:保温40 min及以下时,为网篮组织,而保温50 min及以上时,组织呈现魏氏组织特征,随保温时间延长,晶粒尺寸增大,片状α相更细更长;合金强度和断裂韧性随保温时间的延长呈递增趋势,而塑性逐渐变差。TC4-DT钛合金在单相区保温50 min时,具有较好的强度、塑性以及断裂韧性匹配,强度可达865 MPa,断面收缩率可达31%,而断裂韧性能够达到99 MPa·m^(1/2)。The effect of five quasi-beta heat treatments on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4-DT titanium alloy by changing holding time in the single phase region. The results show that the microstructure is basketweave structure after holding for 40 min or less, but the microstructure is widmanstatten structure after holding for 50 min or more. With increasing holding time, the grain size increases, the lamellar α phase becomes longer and thinner, the strength and fracture toughness increase progressively, and ductility decreases gradually. After holding for 50 min in the single phase region, TC4-DT titanium alloy gets better match of strength, ductility and fracture toughness. The tensile strength, reduction of area, and fracture toughness are 865 MPa, 3 1% and 99 MPa · m1/2, respectively.
