摘 要:开展了活化焙烧一步酸浸法代替活化焙烧两步酸浸法制备UGS渣的研究。结果表明,活化焙烧一步酸浸法最优工艺为:在Na_2CO_3与钛渣质量比4∶6、焙烧温度900℃、焙烧时间1 h的条件下焙烧,所得焙烧产物经20%盐酸在110℃沸腾条件下酸浸1.5 h,煅烧后,获得Ti O2品位为96.66%、回收率94.5%左右,CaO+MgO含量小于0.5%,Fe含量0.5%,SiO_2含量0.7%,Al_2O_3含量0.9%的UGS渣。该制备过程的优点是黑钛石类矿物被活化后形成易溶出矿相,焙烧产物呈板条状,为酸浸除杂充分反应提供了条件。同时,将两步酸浸工艺减少为一步酸浸,可有效降低废酸排放和能源消耗。The production of ultra grade slag by activation roasting and one-step acid leaching was studied, instead of activation roasting and two-step acid leaching method. The results show that a synthetic rutile with TiO2 grade of 96. 66%, recovery of about 92. 5% and CaO + MgO content ( mass fraction) of 0. 5%, Fe content of 0. 5%, SiO2 content of 0. 7%, Al2O3 content of 0. 9% is obtained by roasting the sample under the conditions of mass ratio of Na2C03 to titanium slag of 4: 6, roasting temperature of 900 ℃ and roasting time of 1.5 h, then adding 20% hydrochloric acid, leaching under the conditions of leaching temperature of 110 ℃ and leaching time of 1.5 h, and finally calcination. The advantage of the preparation process is that anosovite is converted to easily dissolved mineral phases and the roasted product in strip shape provides conditions for fully acid leaching and purification. Meanwhile, reducing two-step acid leaching process to one-step acid leaching could effectively reduce the waste acid discharge and energy consumption.
