2009-2012年广西柳州市恶性肿瘤死亡现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西柳州市近年来恶性肿瘤死亡现状及规律。方法通过该市所在地二级以上具有诊断能力的医疗机构及从事基本医疗服务的乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心收集上报死亡病例信息及死因登记系统导出肿瘤病例信息,使用Can Reg4和IARCcrg Tools软件进行录入、审核,用SPSS13.0进行数据分析,分析死亡趋势、生存时间、死亡年龄、肿瘤死亡顺位等。结果 2009-2012年柳州市恶性肿瘤死亡率从129.36/10万上升到158.13/10万,平均生存时间为0.57年,男性为0.51年,女性为0.69年;平均死亡年龄为63.26岁;肿瘤死亡前5位为肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、白血病,乳房癌在女性恶性肿瘤死亡顺位中,均在前5位之列(2009-2012年分别为第4、2、5、3位)。45岁以后的死亡率快速上升,从45岁组的100/10万左右快速上升,到80岁以上组最高达1453.63/10万。结论柳州市恶性肿瘤是威胁中老年人生命的重要死因,肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、白血病及女性乳房癌是防控重点。Objective To understand the malignant tumor status quo in Liuzhou in recent years and the regularity of death. Methods Data of death cases were collected from medical institution with diagnosibility and township health centers engaged in basic medical services,as well as from death cause register system and afterwards,the data were entered and examined with Can Reg4 and IARCcrg Tools. Finally,the data were analyzed with SPSS13. 0 in terms of death trend,survival time,age at death,tumor death sequence,etc. Results The death rate of malignant tumor in Liuzhou increased from 129. 36 / 105 to 158. 13 / 105 through 2009- 2012. The average survival time was 0. 57 years,0. 51 for male and 0. 69 for female. The average age at death was 63. 26.The top 5 caused for death were respectively lung cancer,cancer of the liver,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and leukemia. The mastocarcinoma was all within the top causes（ listed at the fourth,second,fifth and third of the death causes）. The death rate speeded up since the year of 45（ 100 / 105） and reached to the top at 80 years old（ 1453. 63 / 105）. Conclusion The malignant tumor is the major death cause to the life of the middle aged and elderly people in Liuzhou city,and the prevention and control focus are lung cancer,digestive malignant tumor,leukemia and mastocarcinoma.
