摘　　要：目的以1998-2012年Pub Med的期刊文献为数据源,全面分析睡眠剥夺领域的研究方向、研究基础、主要机构合作网络和主要作者合作网络。为睡眠剥夺领域的专家或科研管理者提供领域发展的参考。方法利用BICOMB的主题词共现,TDA软件的共被引共现、机构和作者共现,Cite Space II软件的关键词突现,采用主题词共现聚类、关键词突现分析、机构合作网络、作者合作网络和文献共被引分析方法。结果睡眠剥夺领域文献从1998年开始至今增长较快,领域主要研究方向可划分为5个子领域;主要研究基础可分为4个部分;近15年来领域的研究方向随时间变化,在精神运动性行为、注意力和反应时间的研究不断深入,逐步深入在睡眠剥夺的心理学、生理学、遗传学和脑神经的研究,增加在测量方法和动物波形病理学上的研究;领域的重要机构主要集中在美国,形成3个合作圈;领域的重要科学家的合作网络为10个网络,重要科学家间跨机构或国家的合作较多。结论睡眠剥夺领域的可视化分析能够总体梳理领域的主要研究方向、研究基础以及重点机构和科学家。Objective Based on Pubmed journal literature in 1998-2012,this paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the whole sleep deprivation field,the direction classification,research foundation,the main mechanism of cooperation network and the main network of author cooperation,so as to provide a reference for the experts or scientific research managers in sleep deprivation domain. Methods MESH word co-occurrence of BICOMB,citing co- citation,institutions and author cooperation of TDA software,burst terms of Cite Space II software were adopted. Moreover,CO word cluster analysis,keyword emergent, cooperation network, and document co-citation analysis methods were used as well. Results Literatures in sleep deprivation field were growing faster since 1998,main research directions in the field could be divided into 5 categories; the research foundation could be divided into 4 parts. Research direction in recent 15 years field had been changed with time,and research in the studies of psychomotor behavior,attention and reaction time,psychology,gradually physiological sleep deprivation studies,genetics and the cranial nerves were getting deeper. The research of the measurement method of waveform and animal pathology were increasing. Research institutions were mainly concentrated in America,forming three cooperation groups;researcher cooperation network in this field are concentrated into ten network,these researchers cooperated more often across institutions or countries. Conclusion The method of visualization analysis on the sleep deprivation can summarize fully the main research direction,research foundation and key institutions and scientists.
