摘　　要：基于国际贸易标准化自身的功能效应与企业国际化成长内在机理的理论分析,贸易标准化与企业国际化成长耦合关系的形成主要取决于主体、制度、技术、竞争和效益等耦合要素的相互联接、相互协调和相互影响;但该耦合系统能否协同演进、共同发展还需要借助开放政策的推动、创新文化的凝聚、监督评价的激励等外源动力的作用。因此,耦合子系统各内生因素、耦合关系的调节要素和耦合环境的外源动力共同作用才能使整个耦合系统形成长效和良性发展的耦合机制。Based on the theoretical analysis about the economic effects of international trade standardization and the internal mechanism of firms＇ internationalization growth, the paper finds that the coupling between trade standardization and firms＇ internationalization growth mainly depends on the coupling elements such as participants, rules, technologies, competition and efficiency which are con- nected and influence one another. But the Coupling system can evolve in coordinately only by means of the external power from the open policy, innovation culture, supervision and evaluation. Therefore, the endogenous factors from the subsystem, regulatory elements and the external power come into being a coupling mechanism to make the whole system of trade standardization and firms＇ internationaliza- tion growth develop healthily and effectively.
