摘　　要：生态经济建设是推进生态文明建设的重要内容和载体,更是资源型城市发展转型的战略选择。事实证明,具有生态优势并不必然具有生态经济优势,郴州应明确生态产业发展的重点任务,加快转变能源发展方式,完善生态经济发展的支撑体系。Ecological economy construction is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization and the carrier, and it is the strategic choice for the development and transformation of resource based cities. Ecological advantage does not necessarily mean the ad- vantage of ecological economy. Chenzhou should be clear about the key tasks of eco - industry development, accelerate the transforma- tion of energy development mode, and improve the supporting system for the ecological economy development.
