摘　　要：去年我国两高颁布了《关于办理危害药品安全刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》,进一步强化了危害药品安全犯罪的打击力度,也反映出国家对于民生的关注。以对该解释评述为切入点,阐述新解释与过去颁布的关于危害药品安全犯罪司法解释的不同之处,同时提出相关问题进行分析,以期进一步完善规制该类犯罪的刑法解释。Supreme People＇ s Court and Supreme People＇ s Procuratorate published Interpretation in Handling Criminal Cases against Medicine Safety at the end of last year. It further strengthens the efforts of dealing with these eases, and reflects the great attention of the government to people＇ s livelihood as well. Taking it as a starting point, the writer explains the differences between the new inter- pretation and the old one, and analyzes relevant problems in order to further improve the criminal law interpretation of this kind of crimes.
