摘 要:目的:探讨经尾静脉注射小鼠淋巴细胞转移过继对肝脏的损伤作用。方法:无菌分类小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞;经尾静脉注射进行转移过继实验,在不同时间点动态观察小鼠转氨酶和肝脏组织病理学变化。结果:与0h相比,小鼠在转移过继第12小时后血清转氨酶上升至最高(P<0.05);在转移过继第4天,小鼠血清转氨酶ALT、AST能够明显恢复正常,肝脏组织病理学改变在转移过继后36h恢复正常。结论:淋巴细胞转移过继实验可对小鼠肝脏造成的一过性损伤,该损伤效应在转移过继后4d可以恢复。Objective:To study hepatic injury effects on lymphocyte-adaptive transfer via tail veins in mice.Methods:Splenic lymphocytes were separated in sterile conditions and were adaptive transferred in Balb/c mice via tail vein.Serum aminotransferase and hepatic histopathology were detected at different time point after lymphocyte-adaptive transfer.Results:The serum aminotransferase increased significantly to the peak in mice at 12 hpost lymphocyte-adaptive transferrin compared with those mice at 0hpost lymphocyte-adaptive transfer.Serum level of aminotransferase(ALT and AST)restored to normal at day 4post lymphocyte-adaptive transfer.Compared with normal mice,liver histopathology displayed no marked difference in mice at 36 hafter lymphocyte-adaptive transfer.Conclusion:Lymphocyte-adaptive transfer can lead to hepatic injury in mice.These damages can be recovered at fourth day or later after lymphocyte-adaptive transfer.
