摘  要:目的探讨有效的非语言沟通技巧在传染科护理中的应用效果。方法收集本院收治的100例传染科住院患者随机分为2组,每组50例,对照组采取常规语言性沟通护理,实验组施加非语言沟通技巧护理,比较2组患者护理相关指标、依从性、护理不良事件与满意度等。结果实验组患者的护理专业操作评分、综合素质评分、患者重视度与护理舒适度显著性高于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者实施后依从性评分组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者投诉率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度评价显著性高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论有效的非语言沟通技巧在传染科护理中的应用效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of non- verbal communication skills in nursing of patients in epidemiology department. Methods A total of 100 patients with infectious diseases were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 people in each group. The control group received routine verbal communication while the experimental group applied non- verbal communication skills nursing,and nursing related indicators,compliance,adverse events and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared. Results The operating scores,the overall quality score,attention and comfort of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 01); There was a significant difference in compliance score in two groups after the implementation of nursing( P〈0. 01); Complaint rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of non- verbal communication skills in epidemiology nursing is significant.
