摘　　要：This paper illustrates the illegal trade of wild animals in China from 1996 to 2014 by referring to previously reported references and data. There have been83 species（22 families, 8 orders） of wild mammals illegally traded and smuggled in China, mainly found in the southwest border, especially in Yunnan and Guangxi.Smuggling has seriously affected the ecological security of China, so it is necessary to intensify efforts to fight such crime, and enhance the people’s awareness of wildlife protection.通过查阅相关文献和资料等研究中国1996到2014非法贸易的野生动物情况。我国野生哺乳动物有83种(22科8目)被非法贸易,交易场所主要集中于我国西南边境,尤其是云南和广西两省区。野生动物走私严重影响了国家的生态安全,因此我们应该加大打击此类走私犯罪的力度,增强全民的保护意识。
