摘 要:目的:比较西门子炫速双源CT的3种不同扫描模式对冠脉桥成像质量及辐射剂量的影响。方法:选择我院搭桥术后随访72例患者为研究对象,所有患者心率≤65次/min且节律规则,随机分为3组,分别采用大螺距扫描、前门控序列扫描及回顾性心电门控扫描3种不同的西门子炫速双源CT扫描模式评价患者的冠状动脉桥血管的通畅性及图像质量,并比较各组的辐射剂量。结果:前门大螺距扫描模式的有效辐射剂量明显低于前门控序列扫描和回顾性心电门控扫描模式,具有显著性差异(F=118.21,P<0.05)。3种双源CT扫描模式的图像主观质量评分无显著性差异(H=0.531,P>0.05)。结论:西门子炫速双源CT前门控大螺距扫描模式不仅能实现心脏冠状动脉低剂量的扫描,还能获得较好的图像质量,可有效用于评估冠状动脉搭桥术后桥血管的通畅性。Objective: To compare with the image quality and radiation dose of three different scanning mode of Somatom Definition Flash Siemens dual source CT. Methods: 72 patients with stable heart rate( ≤65 times / min) after bypass surgery were randomized into prospective high- pitch spiral scan group,prospective sequential group, retrospective spiral scan group respectively in our hospital,and were examined with Siemens Somatom Definition Flash dual source CT scan mode. The image quality of the grafts and radiation dose in three groups were compared with. Results: The effective radiation dose in prospective high- pitch spiral scan group was significantly lower than in prospective sequential group and in retrospective spiral scan group,the difference was statistically significant( F = 118. 21,P〈 0. 05). The average image quality score had no significant differences in three groups( H = 0. 531,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Prospective high- pitch spiral scan mode of Somatom definition Flash Siemens dual source CT can not only realize scanning the heart coronary artery with low dose,but also ensure the high quality of image,it can be effectively used to evaluate the patency of vascular bridge after coronary artery bypass grafting.
