摘  要:目的探讨红光照射联合激素治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年3月至2015年3月在解放军第148医院收治入院的烧伤愈后瘢痕增生患者60例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例。对照组瘢痕区局部注射激素类药物(复方倍他米松注射液),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用红光照射治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率(86.7%)明显高于对照组总有效率(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),红光照射联合激素疗法提高了瘢痕增生的治愈率。结论红光局部照射可以改善瘢痕局部微循环,提高组织再生能力,联合激素治疗,达到缓解瘢痕增生、提高治愈率的目的。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of red light irradiation combined with hormone therapy in treating hypertrophic scar after burn.Methods A total of 60 cases which received the healing for scar hyperplasia in liberation army 148 central hospital from March2014 to March 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into the treating group and the control group.The control group was injected hormone drugs(compound betamethasone injection)in scar local,the treatment group was treated with red light irradiation treatment on the basis of the control group.After then,the clinical effect on the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(86.7%)was significantly higher than the control group(60.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The curative effect of red light irradiation combined with hormone on the cure rate of scar hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion The red light local irradiation can improve the local microcirculation of hypertrophic scar and enhance tissue regeneration capacity.Also,red light irradiation combined with hormone therapy can alleviate the scar hyperplasia and to improve the cure rate.
