摘　　要：通过对11种品系海带中褐藻蛋白含量的测定,可以得出,不同品系海带中褐藻蛋白的含量存在一定的差异,其中连杂和宁津东方五号比其他品系的海带中总的褐藻蛋白的含量多,而东方七号和连杂中水溶性褐藻蛋白质的含量较其他品系的海带的含量多。The determination of content of protein from eleven strains of Laminaria japonica can be concluded that different strains of brown algae protein content exist certain differences, the total of brown algae protein content from Lianza and Ningjin oriental 5 were larger than other strains, but the content of water-soluble brown algae protein from oriental 7 and Lianza were larger than other strains.
