摘　　要：大型焦炉的无烟操作是我国焦化行业急需解决的一大难题。随着国家对环境保护的重视,焦化行业污染严重问题必须改变,这也是现阶段焦化行业发展的重要举措,本文通过神华蒙西煤化股份有限公司焦化厂焦炉集气管氨水无烟装煤技术改造这样一个实例,详细分析了原国无烟装煤系统存在的问题,提出了科学合理的分析和解决方案,并在实际的生产应用和环保方面均取得了良好的效果,完全符合设计预期。Smokeless operation of large coke oven of coking industry in our country is an urgent need tosolve a big problem. Coking industry along with the state＇s emphasis on environmental protection, serious pollution problems must be changed, that it is also the important measures for the development of coking industry at present stage. In this paper, shenhua stake coalification co., Ltd coking plant ammonia smokeless coaltechnical reformation of coke oven such an instance, analyzes the problems existing in the original smokelesscoal system, puts forward the scientific and reasonable analysis and solutions, and in the actual productionapplication and environmental protection have achieved good effect, fully meet the design expectations.
