摘 要:针对传统离子交换塔中出液装置笨重、难清洗、出液面积较小等问题,设计出一种由穿流缝隙式筛板、中间连接筒体和双层过滤立管构成的固定床出液装置。该装置将平面式过滤改成立柱式过滤,提高了过滤效率,增大了进出液流量;并且无石英砂层,减轻了装置自重,减小了拆装、清洗难度。通过对主要承重结构-筛板进行强度校核及应力分析,验证了筛板强度符合出液装置设计要求。A double-standpipe type filtering device was designed by passing through sloo sieve plate, intermediate connecting cylinder and double filter standpipe to solve the problems of the filtering de- vice in uranium hydrometallurgy fixed bed ion-exchange tower such as heavy, difficult to clean and small filtering area. The filtration efficiency is improved greatly by substituting cylinder cype filter for plane type filter and the circulation of water is increased. Moreover, the weight of the device is de- creased and the difficulty of disassembling and cleaning is reduced by using the design of non-quartz sand. The intensity of the sieve plate was verified in accordance with the design requirements and the design scheme of double-standpipe type filtering device in uranium fixed-bed by the strength check and stress analysis of sieve plate.
