摘　　要：本文拟用SWOT模型分析法及个案分析法进行研究。以LG银行为例,针对中小商业银行在利率市场化过程中获得的机会与优势以及面临的冲击和威胁,提出商业银行应对利率市场化的若干对策与建议。In this paper, we use SWOT model analysis and case analysis method to study. Taking LG bank as an example, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the commercial banks to deal with the interest rate market, aiming at the opportunities and advantages of the small and medium-sized commercial banks in the process of interest rate liberalization.
