摘　　要：目的分析短期限食对代谢综合征患者胃肠激素及脂肪分泌激素的影响。方法选取20例代谢综合征患者进行短期极低热量限食,对比限食前后一般代谢指标、胃肠激素和脂肪分泌激素水平,分析限食后胰淀素、瘦素、胰岛素样生长因子-水平(IGF-1)变化及各指标间的相关性。结果限食后患者体质量指数、收缩压、舒张压、空腹胰岛素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖及IGF-1、胰淀素、瘦素水平较限食前均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);瘦素与总胆固醇间的变化呈明显正相关(r=0.85,P=0.01)。结论短期限食可显著改善代谢综合征患者一般代谢指标、胃肠激素和脂肪分泌激素水平,这可能与限食引起机体能量调节激素的变化有关。Objective To analyze the effect of short- term dietary restriction on gastrointestinal hormone and fat-secreted hormone in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 20 patients with metabolic syndrome were restricted to extremely low dietary in a short term. The general metabolic indexes and levels of gastrointestinal hormone and fat-secreted hormone were analyzed,and amylin,leptin and insulin like growth factor 1（ IGF-1） levels were detected after dietary restriction.The correlation among these indexes was analyzed. Results Compared with levels of indexes before dietary restriction,the body mass index,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,the levels of fasting insulin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting glucose,IGF-1,amylin and leptin decreased significantly after dietary restriction（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. There was a significant positive correlation between the changes of leptin and total cholesterol（ r = 0. 85,P = 0. 01）. Conclusion Shortterm dietary restriction can effectively ameliorate the general metabolic indexes and levels of gastrointestinal hormone and fat- secreted hormone in patients with metabolic syndrome,and these results might be related to the changes of energy metabolism and regulation of hormones induced by shortterm dietary restriction.
