盈江县实施全球基金疟疾项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价盈江县实施全球基金疟疾项目效果,为消除疟疾提供科学依据。方法收集盈江县2001-2013年疟疾疫情和项目资料,并进行统计分析。结果项目实施前(2001-2002年)报告疟疾病例2 966例,年均发病率573.65/10万,死亡20例,死亡率3.87/10万,发热病例血检阳性率8.41%;项目实施后(2003-2013年)报告疟疾病例6 960例,年均发病率186.15/10万,死亡15例,死亡率0.40/10万,发热病例血检阳性率5.08%。项目实施前后相比,疟疾发病率下降了67.55%,发热病人血检阳性率下降了39.60%。结论盈江县实施全球基金疟疾项目后疟疾发病率逐年下降,取得了显著的防治效果。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Global Fund Malaria Project in Yinjiang County and provide scientific evidence to eradicate malaria. Methods Malaria epidemic situation and project information in Yinjiang County from 2001- 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results There were 2 966 reported cases of malaria in Yinjiang county before the program（ 2001- 2002）,and the annual average incidence rate was573. 65 per 100 000. And at the same time,there were 20 death cases and mortality rate was 3. 87 per 100000,the serological test positive rate of feverish patients was 8. 41%. After the project implementation（ 2003- 2013）,there were 6 960 reported cases of malaria in Yinjiang county,and the annual average incidence rate was 186. 15 per 100 000,there were 15 death cases and mortality rate was 0. 40 per 100 000,the serological test positive rate of feverish patients was 5. 08%. Compared with the situation before the implementation of this program,the incidence of malaria decreased by 67. 55%,and the serological test positive rate of feverish patients decreased by 39. 60%. Conclusions Through the implementation of Global Fund Malaria Project in Yinjiang County,the incidence of malaria decreased year by year and the control effect of malaria was significant.
