平顶山市2009-2014年食品和公共场所从业人员健康体检肺结核检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过健康体检了解平顶山市食品和公共卫生从业人员肺结核流行情况,发现存在的问题,提出相关整改措施和管理策略。方法对2009-2014年平顶山市食品和公共卫生从业人员进行X线胸部透视以检测活动性结核并对其健康检查资料进行统计学分析。结果 2009-2014年共体检89 967人,确诊肺结核患者98例,检出率为0.109%,其中2009-2014年检出率分别为0.102%、0.099%、0.084%、0.152%、0.105%、0.117%,检出结果差异无统计学意义(χ2=8.15,P>0.05)。不同行业(χ2=4.36,0.01<P<0.05)、不同性别(χ2=5.55,0.01<P<0.05)、不同年龄(χ2=12.04,P<0.01)、不同月份(χ2=21.67,P<0.05)之间差异均有统计学意义。结论加大对从业人员监督管理力度,规范从业人员健康体检,做好每年一次的健康体检及早发现早期无症状肺结核尤其是活动性肺结核患者,对有效抑制肺结核通过从业人员传播和蔓延有重要意义。应在从业人员中做好传染病宣传教育工作,尤其是年轻人群中更应该重点加强管理。Objective To study the epidemic status of pulmonary tuberculosis among employees in food trades and public places in Pingdingshan city,find out the problems,put forward relevant improvement measures and management strategies. Methods The X- ray inspection for tuberculosis data of employees in food trades and public places in Pingdingshan city from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed statistically. Results During 2009 to2014,totally 89 967 employees attended the health examination,and 98 persons（ 0. 109%） were detected with active pulmonary tuberculosis. From 2009 to 2014, the detection rates were 0. 102%,0. 099%,0. 084%,0. 152%,0. 105%,and 0. 117% respectively,the detection rate was no significant difference（ χ2= 8. 15,P 〈0. 05）. The detection rates were significantly different between trades（ χ2= 4. 36,0. 01 P 〈0. 05）,between gender（ χ2= 5. 55,0. 01 P 〈0. 05）,between ages（ χ2= 12. 04,P〈 0. 01） and between months（ χ2= 21. 67, P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The supervision and management of employees should be strengthened,physical examination should be standardized from the employees. It has a great significance in effective prevention of outbreak and epidemic pulmonary tuberculosis by the annual health examination to early detection of asymptomatic pulmonary tuberculosis,especially for active tuberculosis patients. The health education should be carried out towards employees,especially young people.
