昆山市蜚蠊监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆山市蜚蠊种群密度、分布及季节消长情况,为防控提供科学依据。方法采用粘捕法,以鲜甜面包为诱饵（2 g/片）,在城区设置相对固定的监测点,每月中旬用17 cm×10 cm的粘蟑纸调查。结果 2012年4~12月共回收粘蟑纸3 820张,阳性370张,平均侵害率为9.69%;捕获蜚蠊5 046只,平均密度为1.32只/张;德国小蠊为优势种,占捕获总数的98.77%。农贸市场的平均侵害率和平均密度均为最高,分别为30.91%和5.09只/张。蜚蠊的活动高峰期为7~10月。结论昆山市蜚蠊分布广泛,尤以农贸市场的侵害率和密度最高,应加强防控措施的落实。Objective To understand the status of the population density,distribution and seasonal dynamics of cockroaches in Kunshan city,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods The sticky recapture method was used with fresh sweet bread baits（ 2 g / slice）. The monitoring points of relatively fixed were arranged in the city and the measurement was carried out monthly in the mid- month by the sticky trap of17 cm × 10 cm. Results From April 2012 to December 2014,a total of 3 820 pieces of sticky traps were reclaimed with 370 pieces positive sticky traps,and 5 046 cockroaches were captured. The average encroachment rate was 9. 69% and the average density was 1. 32 cockroaches / trap. Blattella germanica was predominant and constituted 98. 77% of all captured cockroaches. The highest encroachment rate（ 30. 91%） and highest density（ 5. 09 cockroaches / trap） were seen in farm produce markets. Cockroach activity peak period was from July to October. Conclusions B. germanica was the predominant species in Kunshan city. Cockroaches are widespread,especially the highest encroachment rate and highest density were seen in farm produce markets,and prevention and control measures should be strengthened.
