香菊胶囊在鼻甲等离子消融术后临床应用疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻甲等离子手术后应用香菊胶囊的临床疗效。方法 76例行单纯鼻甲等离子手术的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。对照组行常规单纯西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上予口服香菊胶囊,2周后观察两组疗效。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率(86.84%)明显优于对照组(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论香菊胶囊治疗鼻甲等离子手术后反应疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate clinical effect by Xiangju capsules applied after turbinate plasma ablation. Methods A total of 76 patients receiving single turbinate plasma ablation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine for treatment, and the treatment.group received additional Xiangju capsules through oral administration. Curative effects of the two groups were observed after 2 weeks. Results After treatment, the treatment group had much better total effective rate （86.84%）than the control group （73.68%）, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xiangju capsules provides better effect after turbinate plasma ablation than single use of Western medicine, and it is worth referring.
