摘　　要："认识自我"是所有教育的核心。在国家倡导实施"大众创业,万众创新"政策的大背景下,对医学高职高专如何做好在校生的就业指导课提出了更高的要求。学校的就业指导工作在平时,学生的就业理念关键在自我定位。引导学生了解社会变革大背景,接受就业创业教育、学习就业创业知识、参与就业创业实践、提升就业创业能力同时,更重要的是引导学生从认识自己开始,理清思路,勤学敬业,尽快了解并融入社会,实现成才的梦想。＂Know Yourself＂ is the core of all education. In the context of the implementation of the national advocacy ＂public business, Peoples innovation＂ policy, how to do medical vocational school careers teaching students of a higher requirement. School career guidance work in peacetime, students＇ employment concept lies in self-positioning. Guide students to understand the background of social change, to accept employment and entrepreneurship education, employment and entrepreneurship learning knowledge, participation in employment business practices to enhance the employability and entrepreneurial abilities at the same time, more important is to guide students to understand their own from the beginning, clarify ideas, hard work, as soon as possible to understand and social integration, to achieve the dream of talent.
