阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的CT表现效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的CT表现效果。方法选取2011年4月~2015年3月收治的10例经手术病理证实为阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者注射对比剂35 s后采用动态增强扫描,随后在60 s、150 s进行重复操作,将CT诊断与手术病理诊断结果对比,观察CT诊断阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的诊断准确率。结果 CT对阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤患者的诊断准确率为90.00%（9/10）,与手术病理诊断差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;肿瘤位于右下腹近回盲部患者有3例,位于右侧盆腔患者有6例;CT横断面图像显示为囊性病灶,呈类圆形、长管状患者有2例,呈逗号状患者有4例,呈分液状患者有3例;囊内密度均匀患者有5例,囊内密度不均匀患者有4例;病灶呈现大小不等,其中,最大病灶为3.50 cm×9.30 cm,最小病灶为1.60 cm×2.60 cm。结论 CT诊断技术对阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤具有显著的诊断及鉴别价值,能够对阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的大小、位置、周围组织及粘连情况进行确定,可有效提高阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的诊断准确率。Objective Study the CT performance of mucinous cystadenoma of appendix. Methods From April 2011 to March 2015, 10 cases of pathologically confirmed as appendiceal mucinous cystadenoma patients were taken as the research object, all patients were injected contrast agent 35 s by dynamic enhanced scanning, then repeated operation in the 60 s and 150 s. The CT diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis were compared to observe the accurate rate of CT diagnosis of mucinous cystadenoma of appendiceal. Results CT diagnostic accuracy rate was 90%（9/10）, and it had no significant difference compared with the operation and pathological diagnosis（P〈0. 05）. The tumors were located in the right lower quadrant nearly back to blind patients in 3 cases, the right pelvic patients in6 cases. CT cross-sectional images showed cystic lesion was round and long tubular tumor in 2 cases, a comma shaped tumor in 4 cases, liquid tumor in 3 cases, cystic density in 5 cases, sac uneven density in 4 cases, lesions showing different sizes, with the largest lesions 3.50 cm x 9.30 cm, minimal lesions 1.60 cm x 2.60 cm. Conclusion CT diagnosis for appendiceal mucinous cystadenoma has significant diagnostic and differential diagnostic value, it can determine tumor size, location, surrounding tissue and adhesion conditions, and can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis for appendiceal mucinous cystadenoma.
