摘  要:心力衰竭(心衰)是21世纪心血管领域的三大疾病之一,心衰最常见原因之一是心肌梗死,心梗后发生心室重构是心力衰竭的病理基础,心室重构和心功能障碍均属于可逆过程,早期干预与防治心室重构有助于延缓心梗后心衰的进展,能够有效改善心梗患者的预后。心室重构的机制是多因素的,许多生物反应参与到缺血事件后心室重构的过程中,而cGMP/PKG通路可以调解类似c AMP依赖性蛋白激酶A的磷酸化。同时,PKG下调心肌细胞分化和PKG抑制作用产生更显著的心肌细胞分化效率。cGMP/PKG调节通路诱使PKG活化并发挥抗凋亡效应。PKG调节更是参与到了心脏重构中。Heart failure(HF) is one of the big three cardiovascular diseases in 21 st century, myocardial infarction(MI) is one of the most common cause for heart failure, ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is the pathological basis of heart failure, ventricular remodeling and cardiac function disorders are reversible, early intervention and prevention and treatment of ventricular remodeling may help to slow down the progress of heart failure after myocardial infarction, and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction. Ventricular remodeling mechanism is multiple factors, many biological reactions involved in the ventricular remodeling process after ischemic events, and c GMP/PKG pathways can mediate similar c AMP dependent protein kinase phosphorylation of A. At the same time, the PKG cut myocardial cell differentiation and PKG inhibition efficiency more prominent myocardial cell differentiation. CGMP/PKG regulation pathways to induce PKG activation and antiapoptotic effect into full play. PKG regulation is involved in cardiac remodeling.
