保妇康栓与干扰素栓治疗宫颈HPV病毒感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析保妇康栓与干扰素栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)病毒感染的疗效。方法将70例患者分为两组各35例,干扰素栓治疗患者为对照组,保妇康栓治疗患者为治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率94.3%高于对照组总有效率71.4%,两组HPV转阴率及不良反应对比,P<0.05。结论保妇康栓治疗宫颈HPV病毒感染效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Baofu Kangshuan with interferon treating cervical human papilloma virus（HPV） infection. Methods 70 patients were divided into two groups, 35 cases interferon treating patients were taken as control group, Baofu Kangshuan treatment patients were taken as treatment group. Results In treatment group, total effective rate was 94.3%, higher than the control group which total effective rate was 71.4%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Effect of Baofu Kangshuan in treatment of cervical HPV infection is remarkable.
