摘  要:第二代高通量测序技术近年来取得了较快发展,与第一代测序技术相比具有速度快、准确率高、成本低等优点,主要包括454测序技术、Solexa测序技术以及SOLID测序技术。高通量测序技术在医学领域的研究越来越广泛,本文介绍了几种高通量测序技术的作用原理以及它们在临床方面的应用情况。The second-generation high-throughput sequencing technology has achieved rapid development in recent years. Compared with the first generation, the second-generation sequencing technology is with the advantages of faster, higher precision, and lower cost. The main technologies include 454 sequencing technology, Solexa sequencing technology and SOLID sequencing technology. High-throughput sequencing technology is more widely used in medical areas. This is a brief overview for the working principle of the second-generation highthroughput sequencing and its application in clinical medicine
