摘　　要：目的对在胸外重症术后呼吸功能恢复中采用临床护理的应用价值进行探讨。方法在我院从2014年8月~2015年8月收治的胸外重症患者中随机选取50例,在进行呼吸功能恢复过程中进行临床护理,探讨其实际效果。结果所有患者的呼吸功能都得到了很大程度的恢复,只有1例出现术后并发症,无死亡现象,患者对护理后的满意程度提高,差异有统计学意义。结论在胸外重症患者术后的呼吸功能恢复中,为其进行适当的护理干预可以促进患者的恢复,提高护理满意程度,减少并发症的出现。Objective To analyse the nursing in respiratory function recovery after cardiothoracic intensive surgery. Methods 50 patients with cardiothoracic intensive deseases from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly selected and received clinic nursing, investigated the practical effect. Results Respiratory function in all patients had a large degree of recovery, only one case had postoperative complications and there was no mortality, patient satisfaction after care were greatly improved, these differences had a certain sense of statistically. Conclusion For patients with cardiothoracic intensive surgery, appropriate care intervention can greatly promote the recovery of patients, improve nursing satisfaction.
