会阴侧切感染创面换药使用磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料的护理效果

摘　　要：目的观察会阴侧切感染创面换药中使用磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料的护理方法及效果。方法选择产科会阴侧切感染患者共计40例,随机分组,对照组20例患者产后使用碘伏消毒,观察组20例患者产后使用磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料换药,同时实施针对性护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者未住院治疗,创面感染控制有效率,创面愈合有效率,母乳喂养率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论会阴侧切感染创面换药中使用磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶敷料并做好相关护理工作意义重大。Objective To observe the nursing method and the effect of silver sulfadiazine-impregnated hydrocolloid dressing in infection of episiotomy wound. Methods A total of 40 patients with obstetric episiotomy infect were divided into control group（20 patients with postpartum used iodine volts disinfection） and observation group（20 patients with postpartum used silver sulfadiazine-impregnated hydrocolloid dressing） and they were given targeted nursing at the same time. Compared two group of patients care. Results Patients in observation group did not received hospitalized treatment, wound infection control efficiently and wound healing efficiently, breastfeeding rates in observation group were significantly better than the control group, P〈0. 05. Conclusion The infection of episiotomy wound dressing using silver sulfadiazine-impregnated hydrocolloid and relevant nursing is of great significance.
