维生素ADE注射液联合GnRH和PGF_(2α)诱导奶牛同期发情的研究

摘　　要：为了取得良好的同期发情效果以提高奶牛受孕率,本试验采用维生素ADE注射液联合GnRH和PGF_(2α)对奶牛进行同期发情处理。试验1组41头奶牛采用维生素ADE注射液联合GnRH和PGF_(2α)的方法诱导同期发情;试验2组53头奶牛采用GnRH与PGF_(2α)联合的方法诱导同期发情。结果表明,维生素ADE注射液联合GnRH和PGF_(2α)作用后奶牛的同期发情率和受胎率明显提高(P<0.05),且在试验进行到第3天,维生素ADE注射液联合GnRH和PGF_(2α)试验组就有7头奶牛开始发情。结果提示,维生素ADE注射液对奶牛同期发情有很好的诱导作用。In order to enhance the conception rate of dairy cattle,we use vitamin ADE injection combined with GnRH and PGF2α to induce synchronous estrus of dairy cattle. The 94 cows were randomly divided into two groups in this experiment, 43 cows of group one used vitamin ADE injection combined with GnRH and PGF2α, 53 cows of group two used GnRH combined with PGF2α. The result showed that vitamin ADE injection combine with GnRH and PGF2α could obviously increase the synchronous estrus rate and pregnancy rate of dairy cattle. Moreover, when the experiment were carried out third days, seven cows of group one began to estrus.This result indicate that vitamin ADE injection can induce synchronous estrus more efficiently.
