摘　　要：用户调查是畜牧机械推广鉴定的重要内容,选择合理的调查方法有助于提高调查有效性和工作效率。本文通过比较不同调查方法的优缺点,并从法律层面解读农业机械推广鉴定通则相关条款,分析可选调查方法,提出用户调查方法选择建议。在保证调查过程客观公正和结果准确可靠的前提下,合理选择实地调查、发函调查和电话调查等方法,并根据调查用户数量要求,合理分配不同方法的调查用户数。User investigation is important content of popularized evaluation of stockbreeding machinery, whether the method selection is proper or not concerns the validity and efficiency of the investigation. Based on the comparative analysis of different investigation method, and interpret relevant clauses of general rules from the legal level to analyze which investigation method is selective in the meantime, selection suggestion of investigation method is proposed. On the premise that the investigation process is objective and impartial and the result is accurate and reliable, select investigation method among field investigation, mailing investigation and telephone investigation properly, and determine how many times the different methods shall be used based on the quantity demands of users.
