摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱冲洗速度对经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法选取某三甲医院行TUVP手术后的患者62例为研究对象,按照住院号的单双号抽取30例为对照组,32例为试验组。两组均采用37℃恒温冲洗液持续膀胱冲洗。试验组术后6 h以160~180 d/min速度持续膀胱冲洗,之后根据引流液的颜色调整冲洗速度;对照组术后根据引流液颜色调整。观察两组TUVP术后患者在48 h内的膀胱痉挛发生情况。结果实验组膀胱痉挛和尿管堵塞率均为6.3%。试验组在膀胱痉挛、尿管堵塞发生率及膀胱冲洗量方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 TUVP术后6 h内采用37℃恒温快速冲洗（160~180 d/min）能够降低TUVP术后膀胱痉挛发生率及尿管堵塞率。Objective To investigate the influence of bladder irrigation speed on bladder spasm after transurethral electrovaporization resection of prostate surgery within 48 hours. Methods 62 patients with BPH after TUVP operation were selected as the research object. 30 cases were divided into control group and 32 cases were into experimental group according to odd/even number of their hospitalization number. Two groups were given continuous bladder irrigation with the constant temperature of 37 ℃ washing liquid. The experimental group was given sustained and rapid developing speed of 160-180 d/min after operation within 6 h, then adjusting for flushing speed according to the color of fluid drainage. The control group was adjusted for the washing according to the washing liquid color. Then we observed the bladder spasm of two groups within 48 h after TUVP operation. Results The incidence rate of bladder spasm and catheter obstruction both were 6.3%. There was statistical significance in the incidence rate of bladder spasm, catheter obstruction and bladder irrigation amount between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using the constant temperature of 37 ℃ with rapid flushing（160-180 d/min） can reduce the incidence of bladder spasm and catheter obstruction rate after TUVP within 6 h.
