两种内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的术后护理研究

摘　　要：目的为了更好的提高护理水平,探讨空心钉与克氏针张力带微创治疗髌骨骨折的术后护理,提高患者的生活质量。方法按照手术方法不同分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组患者采用空心钉张力带微创治疗,对照组采用克氏针张力带治疗;两组患者均在术后3 d使用抗生素预防感染,于术后清醒开始进行功能锻炼。结果观察组患者骨愈合时间均显著少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组优良率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(80.0%),P<0.05;观察组未观察到内固定失效等并发症发生,无骨节僵硬、创伤性关节炎等并发症发生。对照组出现2例克氏针刺破皮肤,有1例骨折愈合后克氏针松脱,1例骨折愈合后出现钢丝断裂。结论空心钉张力带微创治疗髌骨骨折,内固定牢靠,患者接受最小的创伤获得最佳的骨折复位和固定,复位后可早期功能锻炼,帮助患者尽快恢复关节功能,避免并发症发生,提高患者的生活自理能力。Objective In order to better improve the level of nursing, the needle was cannulated screw and tension with postoperative nursing care of minimally invasive treatment of patellar fracture, improve the quality of life of the patients. Methods According to the different surgical methods are divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The observation group were treated by hollow nail tension with minimally invasive treatment, control group adopts gram tension with needle treatment; Two groups of patients in postoperative 3 d use of antibiotics to prevent infection, start on functional exercise on postoperative awake. Result Bone healing time observation group were significantly less than the control group, P〈0.05; Observation group（93.3%） was significantly higher than that of control group（80.0%）, P〈0.05; Observation group without complications, such as internal fixation failure was observed without joints stiffness, complications such as traumatic arthritis. In 2 cases of gram needle broken skin, there are 1 gram hieroglyphics off after fracture healing, 1 case of wire fracture after fracture healing. Conclusion Hollow tension with minimally invasive treatment of patellar fracture, internal fixation, minimal trauma patient with the best reduction and fixation of fracture, can be early functional exercise after reset and help patients to restore joint function, as soon as possible, avoid complications and improve the ability to care for the patient＇s life.
