良性前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎组织中sIgA、α_1-AR的表达与意义

摘　　要：目的探讨良性前列腺增生与良性前列腺增生合并前列腺炎患者组织中s Ig A、α1-AR表达的意义。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在大连市友谊医院泌尿外科就诊的70例患者,根据诊断结果的不同,36例单纯良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者为BPH组,34例并慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者CP组,取两组病理进行免疫组化实验比较两组患者s Ig A、α1-AR。结果 CP组s Ig A、α1-AR值明显高于BPH组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎患者组织中s Ig A、α1-AR的表达明显高于单纯良性前列腺增生患者,提示慢性前列腺炎可能与BPH可能有一定联系,BPH的一个致病因素之一可能是炎性反应,与BPH的病理发展过程有关。Objective Explore the benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues the different expression meaning of s Ig A, alpha 1-AR. Methods Choose from January 2014 to January 2015 in Dalian friendship hospital urology clinic of 70 patients depending on the diagnosis, there are 36 cases of BPH patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）, named BPH group and 34 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis（CP） named CP group. Take two groups of pathological s Ig A immunohistochemical experiments compared two groups of patients, s Ig A, alpha 1-AR. Resultss Ig A, alpha 1-AR value CP group was obviously higher than that of BPH group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benign prostatic hyperplasia combined s Ig A in patients with chronic prostatitis organization, and alpha 1-AR expression was obviously higher than that of pure patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic prostatitis may contact with BPH may have certain, BPH is one of pathogenic factors may be inflammation, is associated with the pathological development of BPH.
