摘 要:本文对双循环耦合冰箱在不同控制方案下的实际运行性能进行模拟,分析比较其耗电量和箱室温度等情况。结果显示A控制方案可以充分发挥蒸发过冷器的节能效果,但会增加冷藏循环不必要的开机时间,不能真正实现节能的目的,且严重时导致冷藏室温度超出要求范围。B控制方案无法保证充分发挥蒸发过冷器的节能效果,但是可以精确控制箱室温度,且比A方案更加节能。本文模拟研究结果可为新型双循环耦合环冰箱设计及控制方案优化提供参考。This study simulated the power consumption and the temperature of the dual-loop coupled refrigeration system under different control schemes and analyzed the results.It shows that the control scheme results showed that control scheme A can take advantage of energy saving effect through the evaporation-subcooler well,but unnecessary boot time of refrigeration cycle could increase,so it can't really achieve the purpose of energy saving,In severe cases,temperature of refrigerator chamber would beyond the scope requirements.The scheme B is more energy saving and more precise in temperature control although it can't take full advantage of the evaporation-subcooler.The simulation results of this paper could be the reference for design and the control schemes optimizations of new dual-loop coupled refrigerator/Freezer.
