精杞颗粒对免疫功能低下动物模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察精杞颗粒对免疫功能低下小鼠模型的影响。方法:采用环磷酰胺(Cy)和^(60)Co诱导的免疫功能低下小鼠作为动物模型,分别测定其免疫器官重量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性、白细胞数量、IL-2和IFN-r含量、IgA和IgM水平,作为评价免疫功能的指标。结果:精杞颗粒能明显增加环磷酰胺模型小鼠的胸腺与脾脏重量和白细胞的数量,提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及IL-2、IFN-r含量;能明显增加^(60)Co免疫低下小鼠胸腺与脾脏重量,提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及免疫蛋白IgA、IgM含量。结论:精杞颗粒能提高机体的免疫功能。Objective：To investigate the effect of Jingqi granules on the mouse model of low immune function.Methods：Cyclophosphamide（Cy） and 60 Co were used to establish two mouse models of low immune function.The weights of immune organs,phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages,leukocyte count,content of interleukin-2（IL-2） and interferon-γ（IFN-γ）,and levels of immunoglobulin A（IgA） and immunoglobulin M（IgM） were measured and used as the indicators of immune function.Results：In the mouse model established by Cy,Jingqi granules significantly increased the weights of the thymus and spleen,leukocyte count,phagocytic activity of macrophage,and content of IL-2 and IFN-γ;in the mouse model of low immune function established by 60 Co,Jingqi granules significantly increased the weights of the thymus and spleen,phagocytic activity of macrophage,and levels of IgA and IgM.Conclusion：Jingqi granules can improve immune function.
